Attorney Profiles

Mr. Keegan has been providing quality criminal defense representation in northern Minnesota since 1978. His area of expertise is exclusively criminal defense litigation primarily in the state trial courts in northern Minnesota, although he occasionally appears in the federal trial court and Minnesota State Appellate Courts. Mr. Keegan has been certified as a Criminal Trial Specialist in Criminal Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since May 1986. He has conducted seminars on criminal litigation topics and trial skills for others in the criminal law field. He has represented persons charged with all types of criminal offenses with concentration on serious felony offenses.
